Despite being the foundation of health care for millennia herbal medicine isn't often the first thing on peoples mind when it comes to personal health care. Unlike modern drugs that isolate single chemicals and synthesized compounds herbal medicine utilises roots, leaves, flowers, bark and seeds for their healing chemical & energetic properties to restore imbalance in the mind & body.
